Restoration to Priory House’s Undercroft is currently still taking place, and unfortunately, the tea rooms, exhibition space and Jacobean Room are all closed to the public until further notice. The gift shop area is open, and we are serving hot and cold drinks and a light lunch.

Nestled within the picturesque Priory Gardens and boasting stunning views of the Priory Church, the Grade II* listed Priory House Heritage Centre and Tea Rooms stands as a captivating focal point for the town and local community. The charming establishment offers an incredible insight into the history and culture of Dunstable, along with exhibits and a fully licensed tea room.
Guests can indulge in a delightful array of hot and cold beverages, complemented by a selection of freshly prepared breakfast and lunch items, elevenses, cakes, savouries, cream teas and much more! For those seeking a touch of elegance, the renowned Afternoon Teas can be booked in advance, ideal for marking a special occasion or simply enjoying a leisurely afternoon in style.
The Priory House gift shop gives you a chance to discover unique treasures where you will find crafted gifts by local artists for you to explore and purchase. We are also stockists of Frenchic paint for your artistic endeavours. The gift shop seating area welcomes well-behaved dogs, where you can enjoy the full tea room menu.

Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
Closed on Bank Holidays.
Christmas opening hours: Closed after Saturday 23 December and will reopen Tuesday 2 January.
