Dunstable Town Council is very proud to announce that the Council organisation has achieved Investors in People accreditation to bronze standard. This recognition is the culmination of lots of hard work that has been carried out over recent times to improve the management and delivery of Council services and practices.
The accreditation recognises that the Council is a well managed and well structured organisation that has clear processes and practices in place that help demonstrate a determined focus on high quality service delivery.
In receiving the accreditation, Councillor John Kane, Chairman of the Council’s Finance and General Purposes Committee, said “The award clearly demonstrates that the Council has an excellent, well managed organisation that is committed to investing in its staff and delivering high quality services.”
David Ashlee the Council’s Town Clerk and Chief Executive stated “I am delighted that we have achieved Investors in People accreditation bronze standard. This recognition reflects on all Council staff and members and we are all very proud of our achievement. We hope that the award helps to show our residents that the Council is a well managed organisation and we will be using this accreditation to further improve services to the residents of Dunstable.”
