BRAND NEW FOR 2024!
Dunstable will host its very first Young Traders Market on Saturday 6 July from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, and we’re looking for young traders! Would you, or do you know someone who would like to be part of this special market? Whether you or they make, bake or create, this is a chance to showcase talent and creativity.
This initiative is part of a national campaign/competition with the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF) who are dedicated to fostering the growth of young entrepreneurs within a market environment.
Middle Row Market, with sponsorship from Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce, is offering those aged between 16 to 30 the opportunity to trade on a market stall on Saturday 6 July for FREE. In addition, all young traders will receive FREE public liability insurance and the opportunity to trade up to an additional six times at Middle Row Markets for just £10 a stall from April to October.
Young traders that enter the NMTF Young Traders Market competition and are successful winners will have a chance to trade at Portobello Road Market on Saturday 14 July and win a free stall at Dunstable’s Twilight Market in December. Skye Alefounder from Country House Treats was the over all winner at Portobello Market and is now entered into the finals at Stratford upon Avon
To take part in this fantastic competition you will need to register with NMFT via their website www.nmtf.co.uk/campaigns/young-traders-market-application and book a market stall with Middle Row Market by emailing annette.cylnes@dunstable.gov.uk.
Young Traders who would like to take part at the Young Traders Market, but do not wish to enter the NMFT competition, can join us at a special rate of £10.00 and still have FREE public liability insurance. Itds not to late to join us! We are still looking for Young Traders, stalls are £10 and we will provide free insurance, offer valid until end of November 2024.
