Cultural Consortium
The Cultural Consortium involved a number of local organisations, groups and societies along with individuals. It included Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity (BRCC), Dunstable Town Guides, Friends of Priory House and Gardens, Dunstable and District Local History Society, High Street South/Middle Row traders representative -The Workhouse, Medieval Dunstable, Dunstable Education Group, Grove Theatre, Dunstable Library, Promoting Dunstable and Priory Church of St Peter.
Priory House Project
The work at Priory House is continuing beyond the HSHAZ with Heritage At Risk and National Lottery Heritage Fund grants. The Morton Partnership are leading the work on Priory House, with Messenger BCR undertaking the building work alongside Cliveden Conservation. A number of specialists are involved including Tobit Curtis Associates, Weldon Stone, Philip Waller Consulting, Odgers Conservation, Clarkes Quarry, HB Archaeology and Conservation Limited and Caroe Architecture.
Privately Owned Properties Project
Conception Architects led the work on the privately owned properties. A number of other specialists were involved including: M3 Associates Limited, Conisbee Consulting Strucutral and Civil Engineers, Bhangals Construction Consultants and HB Archaeology and Conservation Limited.

Community Engagement
All of the Community Services Team at Dunstable Town Council were involved with HSHAZ related community engagement between August 2020 and March 2024.
