Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, individual to join our Town Centre Services. If you are committed to enhancing Dunstable’s Town Centre for both businesses and the wider community alike, we’d love to hear from you. You need not have any direct experience of town centre management but must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to help deliver our services, which include business support, events, public toilets, and Middle Row Markets.

You will work alongside the Town Centre Manager to ensure that all aspects of Town Centre Services are delivered, meeting local needs and identifying new opportunities.
Your role will also involve:
- Supporting the Town Centre Manager to deliver a three-year business plan.
- Establishing positive relationships with town centre business and partners.
- Leading the set up and on the day running of Middle Row Markets with the
Market Porters. - Assisting with the arrival and on the day running of external markets.
- To support the Town Rangers in maintaining the awards for Ashton Square toilets and keeping the facilities open and clean.
- Support with marketing and communication of town centre related activity including social media campaigns and support with updating the town
centre website pages. - To support town events.
As part of your role, as a minimum, you will be required to work every second and third
Saturday of the month as well as occasional evenings, and Sundays, as determined
by local need.
